Hey Corsair

So i had purchased a K95 keyboard on 12 August 2013 on a online store in South Africa. One of the back light keys have died and i was wondering if an RMA was possible? I know it is over 2 years old but what are my options? Not that it matters but i have always had an excellent history with Corsair and have purchased many other products from you guys that are still working very well to this day. This is a very odd occasion. Thank you and please advise on what my options are in fixing this issue.

Hey guys, corsair said rather than send it back to them i can destroy it. Can someone here confirm this is a valid way of RMA? They said i must take pictures before and after of the damage and a clear picture of the serial number before. They also updated the ticket to add that comment. Please can someone give some advice as to what to do next. Thanks.

Per company policy, we normally require that you return the faulty unit in order for us to replace it. If the cost of shipping back the unit is too high, support may ask that you destroy the unit. If that is asked of you, please make sure you follow their instructions to the tee. If you have questions in regards to how your RMA will be processed, please add a comment to your ticket.

This is exactly what I wanted to hear as I would have to ship this half way arccross the world and it would just cost so much. I will make sure to follow exactly as the instructions say on my ticket. Thank you all at corsair, the support here is just amazing, you have a very happy customer here.
