Jimzaay
Hello, I have an isssuue wiith my keyboard where it sometiimes repeats the key I presss (<--Like there) I haad a browse around on google and they said to downgrade my firmware and I did that and it ddidn't fix anything, I triied to updaate my firmware backk to what it was and when I try to do that it gets stuuck oon 3% and then faaiilss. I went to corsaair ticket support and I madde a ticket on my key repeat issue aandd theyy said I need to provide a proof of purchase. I saiid I didn't have the proof of purchase but I have puurchassed many corsair items in the past. So I attached the images of the prooff of purchase of my other corssair items, No reply yyet. So I just need help with updating my ffiirmware. Is there anyway I can update the ffirmware manually? or do I have to do it through the sofftware. Oh and btw it doesn't give me the option to force the update nor select a firmware file, it just tries to update on iits own. (I will leave the typos in so you can see my issue) Thanks

Inheritance
Ok First Uninstall CUE, go to C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\Corsair and C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Local\Corsair and delete the HID folder. Then go to the regedit search for Corsair and delete anything that pertains to CUE. Restart adn Reinstall CUE. try flashing again

Toasted
If possible test the keyboard on another computer. Do the keys still repeat? Unfortunately, you will need to find your receipt for the K65 RGB as this is required for a warranty replacement if needed. If you have lost it, contact your retailer and ask for a replacement receipt.
