Pastilli
I bought Corsair Strafe RGB keyboard a couple weeks ago and so far the CUE software has worked well. However today automatic profile switching stopped working. I have many profiles assigned to various software but profile isn't changing from the default one at all, no matter which program I launch. I tried restarting the computer with no luck, then I tried uninstalling CUE and installing it again but the problem is still there. I can't think of anything I have done to cause this problem myself... I haven't installed any new software or anything like that. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? fyew-jit-tiv
Are you running multiple monitors by any chance? Can you share a little more info about your system.
Jkraghify
First, make sure that Automatic profile switching is enabled. Your task tray menu should look like this. http://i.imgur.com/b5quSxn.png If that's the case and your profile is still not automatically switching, make sure you have linked the profile to the correct EXE path. For example, this is a picture of my profile settings for Google Chrome. (You can find paths to .exe files in Task Manager) http://i.imgur.com/LRHo9zh.png Whenever you manually specify a profile, automatic profile switching is disabled.
