plyzie
What is the recommended fan placement in the Corsair 400c case? I am currently favoring two configurations: 1. Place a 110i gtx in the front of the case as an intake in push/pull configuration. My concern here is that I prefer to not pump warm air into the case. I am also concerned that push/pull will not bring in enough fresh air. The reason I like it is because I prefer push/pull and the bigger radiator. I cannot place the 110 on the top of the case and even a 100 will not fit in push/pull. 2. Place a 100i gtx in the top of the case as exhaust in push configuration. My concern here is that I have watched reviews that show very little (if any) space between the fan and the memory. I plan to put a Corsair dominator cooling fan over my memory and I am pretty sure it will not fit in this configuration. I like this configuration because the radiator will be an exhaust. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Toasted
Option 2 may not be possible as you may encounter a issue with spacing. e.g. the Marketing page photo for the case; http://www.corsair.com/landing/400c# It may help if you watch the case review about the top here (~23:50); [ame] [/ame]
plyzie
I did some more research and it seems as though I shouldn't be too concerned with the radiator as an intake in the front of the case. That is the direction I am planning to go. I will most likely do push/pull configuration. Thank you for your help. Now I just need to wait until the case is available. :)
