ventusjk Posted January 25, 2016 Share Posted January 25, 2016 Hi fellow forum members. Recently, I have requested an express RMA and just now, I got my brand new Scimitar delivered. When I initially requested RMA, I have been asked to take the picture of before and after I destroy/ void my old unit instead of shipping it back to them. I have done some researches on google and seems like Corsair support team cannot directly guide you on how you should destroy/ void unit. So, I would like to ask to those who have same experiences with me. I'm currently planning to just chop out the cords with scissor. Will that be enough? Cheers!
