derevirn
Greetings everybody, I recently purchased the Carbide spec-03 case and I'm having some trouble installing my system on it. I have an MSI H97M-G43 motherboard and I've noticed that there's an issue with the standoffs of the case and this particular motherboard. One of the screws on the right side of the motherboard can not be easily screwed. While screwing it, I feel the motherboard bending slightly to reach the standoff, and I'm afraid of damaging it. The other screws seem to be fine. Is there any way of dealing with this problem? :sigh!:
Toasted
Did you tighten down the other standoff screws? if so, loosen them a bit and you shouldn't have the problem. If you have a cooler installed, the motherboard may be bent a little already so it screw all the standoff screws in first before tightening all down.
