bored2tears
Hi all, After installing the 1 GB TWINX1024-3200XLPRO dual-channel kit on my Asus A7N8X-Deluxe mobo, I am experiencing numerous random reboots. The RAM currently occupies slots 1 and 3 for dual-channel access. The motherboard immediately recognized the RAM and is using the default settings, 2-2-2-5. The motherboard is set to use "Optimized" timings, which I have found has always been the best for compatibility. Are there any known mobo issues I should be aware of, or do I possibly have a bad set of DIMMS? I believe I am at the latest firmware rev for the mobo, but do not have that info in front of me. Anyone else run into this? Thanks, -Jason
bored2tears
Sorry - I forgot to mention I am running an Athlon XP 2500+, mildly overclocked. Also, please excuse the typo in the title of my original post! :( -Jason

bored2tears
Got it - resetting everything back to defaults... Thanks! I'll try all this and report back. Actually, I ran the memtest last night and it finished with no errors, so at least the RAM modules look good. -Jason
