Truman
http://imgur.com/vAV2teW I set my device for a solid blue color to match my set, but every time I plug in my usb, it turns to that green color. I uninstalled drivers, reinstalled cue and drivers. Nothing seems to work :(:.
Toasted
Do you have the VOID USB or VOID Wireless headset? What about other colours? Do they change colours when you select them in CUE or is it only just solid blue?
terabyte
Is the light green only initially and then it changes to the color you set or it remains green?
Truman
Do you have the VOID USB or VOID Wireless headset? What about other colours? Do they change colours when you select them in CUE or is it only just solid blue? It is the VOID wireless, and no, it's stuck on green. Only way it changes colors is if I unplug the usb. I tried all my other usb ports also. It bugs the crap out of me when it's charging cause it's just a bright green light with blue surrounding lights everywhere! Is the light green only initially and then it changes to the color you set or it remains green? Stays green until I unplug it :(:.
Corsair Chris
Hi Truman, I was able to reproduce this 10/10 times on my VOID Wireless... safe to say it's a bug. I've reported it to the team and we'll get working on this. Thanks for pointing this out.

Toasted
Press the mic mute button on the headset in order to mute the microphone. The Microphone boom is not the same as the previous headsets.
bhsgk012
Hi Truman, I was able to reproduce this 10/10 times on my VOID Wireless... safe to say it's a bug. I've reported it to the team and we'll get working on this. Thanks for pointing this out. Is there a fix for this yet? I just picked up a Yellowjacket and the only color its displaying is green. When I turn it off via the button on the left earcup it flashes a few colors and turns off. Upon turning it back on, it will "breathe" the same green color a few times and then go straight to the solid green color. Cue is updated as is the headset, Strafe (MX Silent), and Sabre (RGB). This sounds like normal charging behavior. What battery level is your VOID Wireless at when you plug it in?
Scalptrash
Just installed CUE2 and I have the same issue now. Worked fine with CUE1. Stuck on Green no matter what I do.
Rvh
im pretty sure that when the headset is charging it should always be green LED to indicate that it's in the "charging" state.. that is not a bug. the void is wireless right?
terabyte
The light is a blinking red (infomic) when it charges for me, it becomes a solid green when it is done charging. At least with the wireless one.
DogsnutsEA
Running the latest version of CUE (at time of writing - 2.10.71) and it appears that this is still a problem. Although I have noticed the following: The Green LED static charging light is not consistent through all Profiles. The static green light will only remain on the profile in use when you plugged the USB charging cable in... If you switch to another profile, the LED effects set on that other profile operate as normal. When you switch back to the profile that was in use when the cable was plugged in, it will go back to green and no matter how many times you try to change the lighting effects, it will not budge. E.g. Default profile, Profile 1 and Profile 2 Profile 1 selected, plug in USB cable... Green light comes on and now cannot alter LED configuration of Profile 1. Switch to Profile 2 or Default... Those LED configurations work as configured and can change them and see the effects on the headset. Switch back to Profile 1... Green light back again and cannot change it. If you unplug the USB cable whilst in Profile 2 or Default, then switch back to Profile 1... LEDs will still be Green and configuration changes within CUE do not take any effect. If you unplug the USB cable whilst in Profile 1, the static green LED goes and Profile configuration is available again. The USB Cable must be unplugged while using the same profile that it was plugged in with to disable the static green on that profile and for the profile configuration to take effect. Maybe the devs could do something about this? It is confusing and makes the CUE experience bad for less technical, tolerant or experienced users. Maybe provide an option to turn on/off the green LED override light when the headset is charging so that the Profile configuration will always be active no matter the charging state? Toasted
It only occurs on the default profile that is created when you first load CUE. Creating a new profile and deleting the default profile in CUE should resolve the issue. No idea if the developers will resolve it though.
