Toasted Posted January 21, 2016 Share Posted January 21, 2016 Double check your voice recording software and Volume in Windows and CUE. Have you also tried reflashing the firmware by force flashing a update via CUE? You can also test the microphone yourself by using a in browser recorder or recorder e.g. Vocaroo or Audacity.
