Toasted Posted January 21, 2016 Share Posted January 21, 2016 Open Device Manager. Is the headset showing any errors (Warning icon)? You can check by right clicking the headset > Proprieties > General tab > Copy+paste the device status here. Also try a different USB port and see if that helps.
