Charlenze
Hi, I have a K70 RGB. Every time I install the corsair software I cannot longer press alt+ctrl+2 and get the @ sign. My keyboard has swedish layout. Anyone knows how to fix it or have the same issue? If I uninstall the software it begins to work again.
terabyte
Instead of uninstalling, if you have CUE installed but just close it from the tray icon, does it start working too? You might have the wrong keyboard layout chosen in CUE and that's why it starts working once you uninstall it. Check the chosen layout in CUE under SETTINGS > DEVICES. I quitted CUE but it still doesn't work :[pouts:
terabyte
Hmm, have you checked what layout is chosen in CUE? And what layout do you have in windows control panel? For example when I press CTRL+ALT+2 using the NA layout I get this character: ² To get the @ on the NA layout I simply have to press SHIFT+2. Which keyboard layout have you purchased exactly? I see you didn't mention it in your previous reply.
Charlenze
In CUE I have Europe layout, and in Windows SWE. Every other combination seem to be like the ones in the swedish layout, its just my @ that doesnt work for some reason. And just looking more into it some of the other signs dont seem to appear. It's ctrl+alt+some of the numbers on the second row. For example ctrl+alt+3 should be the pound sign.
terabyte
Ok, so the product SKU of your keyboard is CH-XXXXXX-EU ? The EU layout has a different mapping for keys compared to the Swedish (Nordic) one and it overwrites it. For example if you press SHIFT+2 it should give you the @ char just like it does for me with the NA layout, is that correct? It sounds like you should have gotten the Nordic layout (CH-XXXXXX-ND) instead.
