MyBraiNz
So no fix for Discord then? I've had to uninstall the CUE software for this VOID wireless headset to actually work with Discord.. GG Corsair.. you're a joke.
Corsair Chris
VOID and CUE should work with Discord if you go into Headset Earphone Properties and disable audio enhancements.
MyBraiNz
VOID and CUE should work with Discord if you go into Headset Earphone Properties and disable audio enhancements. Audio enhancements option isnt even in there.. Windows 10 btw.
MyBraiNz
Seems like while messing around with my audio settings (even though i have no audio enhancements option), Windows 10 gave me an error saying audio enhancements was giving problems and asked if i wanted to disable it and now it seems after disabling by clicking 'yes' on the pop up its working with Discord now. Lets hope this stays the same after a reboot or 2. Corsair still need to fix this though, there has to be a bug somewhere in the CUE software. Toasted
Some people can see the enhancements tab while other cannot. I have gotten the prompt to disable audio enhancements by opening the playback devices window while Discord is running. Once you disable it, Discord should work normally with the VOID headsets. (VOID Wireless, not sure about VOID USB yet)

(VOID Wireless, not sure about VOID USB yet) Problem here is if you disable audio enhancements and get Discord working then its fine, but then doing this disables 7.1 surround at the same time (try turning on surround, it sounds exactly the same as stereo). So once again Corsair, GG. Thanks for releasing a headset too early, which basically isnt working as intended.. yet. Come on Corsair, you can do better than this, we know you can. Toasted
Virtual Surround is working fine with enhancements disabled on my side. Do you have multiple profiles in CUE? If so, make sure the default profile has surround enabled or else it will change to whatever setting is set in the default profile.
MyBraiNz
Virtual Surround is working fine with enhancements disabled on my side. Do you have multiple profiles in CUE? If so, make sure the default profile has surround enabled or else it will change to whatever setting is set in the default profile. One profile only (Default) My only workaround right now is to switch USB ports with the VOID dongle.. one has enhancements enabled (for 7.1 to work), the other does not (for Discord to work). Its a joke that i have to do this with a £90 headset.
Toasted
Can you try the headset on another computer? Is it the same thing or is it different?
