Zinn
It was like 10 mins ago with my void try to update firmware. At about 50%, it failed and ask me to restart the system, so I did. But after I restarted, the void starting with no led and windows pop up a message "USB device not recognised" I check the post PSA: VOID Wireless in Bootloader Mode and How to Recover it, and I fail at step 6 "Connect headset when prompted in CUE" where the CUE fail to recognise the Void after I connect it or not. System: win 10 64 Log attached Thank you for the log, this will be very useful for our dev team. But just to clarify, when you plug your headset in for the FW update, does it stay stuck at the "Connect Headset using USB Cable"?
Zinn
Thank you for the log, this will be very useful for our dev team. But just to clarify, when you plug your headset in for the FW update, does it stay stuck at the "Connect Headset using USB Cable"? At the first time it was fine untill like 50% and then it stopped and ask me to do force update. Once I close that message, it pop up another message which ask me restart the system. After that, I try to do a force update as it ask me to do before the restart. but it stay stuck at the "Connect Headset using USB Cable". Thanks. Toasted
Try a different USB port or cable and see if Windows can detect the headset correctly. If its in bootloader mode, it should be seen as a Averna AV6302 or the headset's name (If the headset is not in bootloader mode) in Devices and Printers.
