Got the wrong keyboard after an RMA

I recently sent off my K95 keyboard after it refused to link with CUE anymore, and an RMA was approved.

After using the live chat support to track the ticket, as the online tracker still doesn't show the original as arrived, they told me a replacement had been issued, so I just needed to wait for it to arrive.


I just had said replacement arrived, and its a K70 keyboard. I just put a post on the tracker, but as it hasnt actually been updated in almost a week, is there anything I can do thats a little faster?
