sicmic
I have a 64GB Mini which has always worked just fine. A few days ago I noticed that I couldn't copy data to it. I then noticed that it was write protected. I have spent many hours on the internet trying all of the methods listed to un-write protect this drive but nothing has worked. Is there something that can be done or is this thing useless now?
Toasted
It will be best to contact technical support and see what you can do with the drive. You may need your invoice as proof of purchase if you do need to replace it. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
Corsair Employees Corsair Henry Posted January 20, 2016 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 20, 2016 If the data is not important, try formatting it again with disk management. Alternatively you can use command prompt to try and remove the write protection. There should be plenty of tutorials on the web.
