panni
Headset: VOID RGB Wireless USB Dolby 7.1 Carbon After the headset itself shuts down due to empty battery, I can't get any sound in Windows out of it after connecting and powering it via the included USB cable. Only a re-plugging of the USB dongle itself makes sound work again.
Inheritance
When you unplug the dongle is the light lit or no? Also are you using the latest firmware.

Corsair Chris
Hi panni, I have a fully drained headset (using CUE 1.14.43 and FW 38.01) and I'm able to plug the headset in and turn it on with audio. Could you list the steps that you did, since you are able to reproduce this.
