Shadowman
hello im building a new system the case is the corsair 780t and i also got a h110i GT,the problem is that i was watching some videos sawing installing a h110 on top of the case in the outside and below the fans so the radiator is exactly below the top gril, but with the h110i GT is not the case..its a little bigger and cant find a solution.. i run from one problem to another with corsair products ..like with that i have to merge the 2 corsair link usb header to one because my mobo has 2 usb 2 headers and im using one for the front panel, so the ax 1200i can be connected to a commander mini but the h110i is only bound to usb header because you didnt provide or even made a cable or a port for that thing. im very dissapointed that im spenting so much money on this brand and you seem to not think how to be able to connect all those things or even mount a simple radiator on your case . TBrandes
In other words: you didn't check the specs (btw viewing some video is not checking specs) before buying some stuff and now blame Corsair for that... Seriously?
red-ray
Looking at http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/graphite-series-780t-full-tower-pc-case then H110 is listed so I would have thought a H110iGT would fit. Looking at http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=141002 I still think a H110iGT should fit. I would blame Corsair for not updating most case specs for the H80iGT, H100iGTX, H110iGTX and H110iGT.
TBrandes
But that still doesn't stop you from asking before buying, right? There is always a way to get some informations. But if you think thats too much trouble then you can only blame yourself if it doesn't work out. Right now i consider to buy a 600C, i need some more informations, so i started a thread here - before ordering the case.
Shadowman
who told you that i didnt check the specs? seriously.. the problem is that they make case, aio watercooling ,psu with corsair link interface but they dont care if they can match and work together not even with the latest products . do you think its ok to get a h110i gtx or gt and a ax 1200i that you cannot connect them both to a corsair commander mini or at least provide a split cable to use in the internal usb header ? but instead i need to sit down and make the cable my self when i pay a load of money? if thats ok for you then ok but keep it for yourself and let me have a diffrent opinion. red-ray
I too think the H110iGT cooler not having a C-Link connection so it can be connected to the CL Mini is a step backwards. I am not sure what you mean by "make the cable your self", all I did was move the pins so both used the same USB header, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=759585. Shadowman
ye move the pins ,its not hard but i like to have an oem solution with that amount of money. i mounted the fans onto the radiator and the radiator on top of the case from the inside. i just wanted to put the radiator on the out side of the case between the top mess and the metal bracket and the fans from the motherboard side so i would have more clearance. anyway first boot was a success. im now thinking what to do in the front intake because i got both cages with HDDs well except 1 and im thinking to put one cage with 2 hdd below the 5,25 drive bays and the other on bottom with 3 hdd and put 3 120 fans or just move the one 140 one slot up. with the 140 one slot up i would have a better cooling on the 2 hdds but no direct air onto the GPU and with 3 120 fans i woulf have both but with a bit more noise i think. If you buy something and know that you have to do something yourself to get the result you want its not the fault of the manufacturer. They offer a product and you decided to buy it. Simple as that. I dont like the fangrill in the back of the 600C as i want to install a dustfilter there. Now i have the option to buy the case and build something myself - or get another case where i don't have to do that. Also quite simple. if thats ok for you then ok but keep it for yourself and let me have a diffrent opinion. I let you have your opinion - but then you should also let me have mine. Same goes for posting.
