CyberMarine Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 So the QSM says that you only need to plug in the USB with the keyboard icon for USB 3.0 systems but does this apply if you have your mouse plugged into the USB port on the keyboard? It doesn't work for me unless I plug in both USB cables though the QSM only says that these are needed for USB 2.0 ports. terabyte Posted January 17, 2016 Share Posted January 17, 2016 As far as I know the STRAFE RGB requires only 1 cable plugged in, be it either 2.0 or 3.0. The other cable is for the USB pass-through and is not used to power the keyboard. At least it works just fine for me on a single USB 2.0 port when I use it on my computer.
