xusnflyer
First of all, if this is the wrong forum, please accept my apologies. Had an RM750i and it had all the right places for all the cables that the H80i GT had so that Corsair Link would work in Windows 7/10 and all was working fine until the RM750i was providing some strange readings and it would disappear from Corsair Link all together. The RM had like a mini HDMI plug in that would plug into a USB header on the motherboard. However, the AX had a flat 4 pin plug in on the PSU end (called COM port) and it plugged into the pump on the old H80 cooler. By not using that cord since the newer H80i GT doesn't have a place to accept the other in the of the cable. I hope this makes sense, but from what I can tell, Corsair Link just won't monitor the PSU? Thanks in advance for your advice/assistance. red-ray
You need to use the Corsair Link™ USB Dongle that came with the AX760i (see http://imagescdn.tweaktown.com/content/4/8/4874_25_corsair_ax1200i_digital_atx_power_supply_review.jpg). BTW if your motherboard does not have enough USB headers see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=759585. I feel the latest coolers not having the C-Link port is a step backwards. xusnflyer
Thanks red-ray as I hadn't thought about that and it will teach me from taking everything apart. Again, thank you for your quick reply. Ken
