It would be easier/possible to help you if you added your PC specs to your profile, so do so. Is the RM850i listed on the Devices and Printers control panel? It should be under "Unspecified". Are there any devices with yellow triangles shown by Device Manager? If you are unsure then post screen shots.

When you did cable routing, did you pinch that cable? if you did then that's the cause. If not, did you download the latest corsair link software? I am running the HX750i and I am seeing the Power tab.

The RM850i isn't listed on the Devices and Printers in the Control Panel, I have nothing under "Unspecified"... But I had a look to my installed programs and I have a strange "Corsair Link USB Dongle (Driver Removal) line under the Corsair Link program line... There are no devices with yellow triangles shown by Device Manager.

There is only one place in the PSU to plug it in so you can't make a mistake, and if you ask if it's correctly plugged in, yes it is... I can see other elements in the other tabs like my other fans and the fans speeds but not the the RM850i itself and its fan. I didn't try another USB_2.0 port yet on my motherboard as they are all in use I'll probably do so. I had a look to the cable, he's quite free and not "pinched"... Why would it shows all the tabs with correct informations and not the "Power Tab" ? Of course I downloaded the latest Corsair Link version... Unless the RM850i is listed on Devices and Printers CL will not report it. The "Corsair Link USB Dongle (Driver Removal)" is installed when CL in installed so is expected to be there. This is the driver for AXi PSUs and not related to your issue.

Well that's not the kind of USB cable I have in stock at home, I'll probably have to buy one, or maybe I should ask for one at Corsair's support service... I will try another USB_2.0 port for the moment. My english is not good enough to understand your last sentence, I've tried a traduction on the web but "expected" and "irrelevant" are in contradiction... Do you mean a driver is expected but this one is not the good one ?

If you tried another USB_2.0 port and its still not working. Time to RMA it. Did you by chance check the little wires in the connector? If those are loose that could be why. If not then time for a RMA. Hope you have a backup Power supply unit with you... to avoid any downtimes ;)
8510tm
All I had to do to have my RM650i seen was to go to the options tab in Corsair Link and then press Reset to Default.
