ventusjk
Retailer decided not to give me a replacement or even a refund since they could have not replicate an issue that I reported about. After all, I'm planning to request an express RMA in close future as I get my old unit back from the retailer. So, here's some questions that I would like to ask before I proceed RMA. - For scimitar, there's only 3 part numbers exist which are: .CH-9000091-AP .CH-9000091-US .CH-9000091-EU Should I choose "CH-9000091-AP" since I bought my Scimitar here in Australia? - This is actually my first time of RMA'ing. So, is it right that I get a brand new unit within the warranty period? - Is Debit Mastercard also considered as a Credit Card? (I only own this card......) Jkraghify
Hi zheren159, Thank you for your reply. What about the second question? Do I get a brand new unit within warranty period? You may want to post in the warranty and RMA question sub for an official Corsair response. I believe you get a brand new unit within the warranty period. That's been my roommate's experience with Corsair.
