Corsair 760t second time wrong panel....

Recommended Posts

Corsair...

Why did you send me wrong panel for the second time? Writing on the box shows cc-8930332 but there is an old version '' CC-8930202 '' in it. Old version is really bad if I compare with rev2 version. I do not want to old version panel because I have new version a computer case.

Sorry Bad English

Thank you

Probably a packing/sticker issue as both of your replacements came from the same LOT.

It will be best to reply back to your ticket or contact customer service and see whether they can check the panel before sending another replacement to you.

Not sure now, for the old version, the page has a picture with the latch having a larger plastic frame. So it may actually be the correct panel.

The case panel to the right (and the panel you received) is the *newer* design. The panel you had and the one shown on the left is no longer in production. Unfortunately, due to how the panel is molded, there is always going to be a line that resembles a scratch. Since we had a lot of complaints about this faux-scratch, we decided to use the panel design on the right.

Unfortunately, this also means you will not be able to get any replacement panel that resembles the old (your original panel) one. Sorry about that and for the confusion.
