jokercell
Today I returned from my hometown and I hadn't open my pc for 20 days. I turned it on everything was normal as always and some hours later I decided to play a game and my problem started. The psu suddenly went full speed and it was very loud like a vacuum. The fan wouldn't stop spinning. Now every time I turn my pc on it starts of quietly and after 3 minutes it goes full speed again also I think can smell burnt plastic not a good sign at all. Now my question is, can I rma my psu? I bought it around May 2013, also I live in Greece, does corsair have a tech service here? If not how long it will take how long will it take for this procedure to complete? Thank you
Corsair Employees jonnyguru Posted January 11, 2016 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 11, 2016 If you bought it in May 2013, it's certainly under warranty. Contact support and they'll tell you where to ship it.

jokercell
Please check ticket 6727133, the customer support only repsonds if i send them another ticket about telling them to check my original ticket, that's totally unacceptable. I just have some basic questions that can be answered real quick but everytime i leave a comment they ignore me.
Toasted
Contact customer service via Skype rather than creating new tickets. You can do this by calling their toll free number which can be found on Corsair's website.
