How do you bind side buttons with Scimitar? In a MMO

So I recently bought this mouse for the sole purpose of playing Guild Wars 2 but I still don't have clue as to how to bind the 1-12 buttons. Thanks in advance!

You need to bind the buttons inside the CUE software itself, map them to whatever action you want it to perform in the game.

 

For example let's say pressing 1 on the keyboard casts a spell in the game, simply remap the side button on the Scimitar in CUE to press 1.
