ajax2061 Posted January 7, 2016 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Sent my psu to the Bolton center, was delivered on the 29th of December but my ticket shows still shows it as not having arrived at the center. Spoke to the live chat a couple of days ago and they said an investigation would be opened to see what is happening. Still no change in ticket status, getting very worried as no change and no contact from yourselves as of yet as my computer is my lifeline as disabled and is used for everything from online shopping to paying bills etc etc and I need it. Toasted Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 If you haven't already, providing a tracking number in your ticket may help their investigation. If your ticket still hasn't been updated after 1 or 2 business days, you can call customer service using Skype by calling their toll free number which can be found on their contact page for a ticket status update.
