Void RBG USB microphone

I got my Void RGB USB today, microphone worked for about 10min, then stopped working and it took me about an hour to get it working again, got a skype call and everything was good, then about an hour later the microphone had stopped again. Tried reinstalling CUE, updating the firmware, restarting pc, unplugging it and nothing. Very disappointed consider this was a Christmas present and it didn't arrive [not Corsairs fault] until today.

 

Any suggestions?

The logs don't really say much. The errors are related to the Scimitar and the K65 RGB.

 

Is Windows, chipset drivers and drivers for your other devices up to date?

Have you tried installing the previous version of CUE?

What operating system are you using?

Is the microphone seen in recording devices in Windows Sound?
