Dekonic
I've had this headset since Christmas and alas, have had nothing but problems with the damn thing. I've done every fix possible and nothing has changed. The lights work and CUE recognizes the headset but Windows SEVEN does not. The drivers fail to download for it no matter where or when I try. Is there a fix for this or should I return the headset and get something that may actually work.
Dekonic
EDIT: Now when I try to download the device driver I get the following message
Jkraghify
Are you using avast Antivirus? I had problems installing audio drivers through CUE for ages and finally pinpointed that the issue was with my Antivirus being extremely picky. In particular, the issue was with the active protection service which prevents changes to the file system that I had to disable.
le3francis
Do you have a ! next to your headset under devices? If so you need to disable driver signature enforcement in windows 7 for windows to be able to allow you to use the corsair drivers. i had the exact same problem now it works fine. Restart computer, repeatedly tap f8 until you get into advanced boot menu, select disable driver enforcement then try install again.
