h100i Faulty

So Corsair ****ed up and sent me a bad h100i GTX. They promised to send me a new one, and should have sent it 2 days ago. I don't know what the hell to do.

Supposed to be an "express RMA" and every customer service person i've spoken to said it would send out after the end of the day. (2 times now) and it's still not ****ing sent.

Corsair support: Garbage
