ShuhDonk
Okay, my first problem has been resolved.. now the 2nd. I am trying to set my own color scheme.. the problem is the white is bad, like really bad.. like its totally green bad.. not even close to being white.. Is there a way to correct this at all? The firmware was updated automatically right when I installed the keyboard and software. The orange is not orange at all either, its more yellow. thanks again! ** I mess with it some more, I select the pink color and change it a little and it is close to white now.. good enough anyway.. still has a slight pinkish color to it I am sure I could get it better if I messed with it more but I am satisfied with it for now. I am sure calibration must be off with the colors or something. Is there a way to recalibrate somehow?
Toasted
I would suggest you contact customer service and ask for instructions for a 'hard reset', that may resolve your LED issue. https://corsair.secure.force.com/

Corsair Employees Corsair Henry Posted January 5, 2016 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 5, 2016 Please make sure that you are creating a new profile. If you try to change the colors on the default preset profile, the colors may wash, causing it to show up colors that are different than what you see. Okay, good to know but I did create a new profile.. I will go in and double check that though to be certain.
Asweiwu
I have the same problem as you do. I just got my new K95 RGB keyboard from Amazon. But the colors tend to vary when I set the backlighting to be pure white. I can clearly see that the ScrollLock key is yellow, and some other keys display pinkish. I am quite disappointed in this case.

And other keys have pinkish tint.
