Toasted
Consoles are not officially supported on the VOID Wireless and VOID USB headsets. So it may either work or not work.
KinkyKlause
I'm just not sure how to go a about doing it, and Corsair's support seems to be a joke so far. Honestly might return them, just bite the bullet and get Astro's.
Corsair Employees Corsair James Posted January 6, 2016 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 6, 2016 Wireless headsets won't work because the drivers to support a wireless headset is only available through licensing by Sony/Microsoft. USB headsets like VOID USB will unofficially work (no Dolby or lighting) whereas any analog headset like VOID Stereo will officially work.

Hyncharas
How about just making a USB Type-B with an Optical connector that plugs into an XB1 headset adapter - you can't seriously be saying the socket on the Void Wireless is just for charging? What happens if (for some reason) the wireless receiver fails, because you don't offer replacements for it on your website?
Toasted
You should be able to contact customer service to purchase a replacement dongle if something happens.

Toasted
Click the "cog" next to the advanced settings toggle. To charge the headset, you will connect the included cable to the headset and the other end to a USB port. THe cable is used for charging only, it does not do anything else. The headset will only work with the dongle connected as it is still operating on a wireless connection while charging.
