Cryo
I've been using my Void for about a week now, but starting a few days ago, the headset would occasionally go through fits of disconnecting and reconnecting, with the audio getting rather crackly as it does so. The USB pairer is only about 2 feet away, so I don't know why it would get disconnected so frequently.
Toasted
Do you have any other wireless devices near the dongle and headset? Have you tried a different USB port for the dongle? You can also try repairing the headset to the dongle and see whether that helps as well. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=152550
Cryo
I did switch USB ports, but it hasn't remedied the problem. The only other wireless devices nearby is my phone.
Toasted
Have you tried repairing the headset to the dongle yet? What firmware and CUE version are you using? Do you have any wireless networks in your house? If so, Are the channels for them set to auto?
Cryo
I attempted to update the firmware after my headset suddenly malfunctioned(as the CUE said it would). The CUE told me the that the headset failed to update the firmware, and it had suddenly removed itself from the devices list. I tried to repair it to the dongle, but even though the headset would be in pairing mode(rapidly flashing red/green lights on the infomic), the dongle would not enter pairing mode, no matter how long the paper clip was inserted into it. I think I have a bigger problem on my hand.
Toasted
Is the dongle working properly? Does CUE or Windows detect it as a VOID Wireless headset in Device Manager or an unknown device? If CUE sees the dongle connected, you can put the headset into bootloader mode then force flash the firmware in CUE.
