Problems with K90 and Vengeance 2100 interaction

Hey guys,

So not really sure where to start but I've got a corsair K90 keyboard and I have the vengeance 2100 wireless headphones.

My problem: There seems to be some bad interaction (drivers? software?) between these two products. It's been happening since the day I got the headphones but usually I manage to fiddle around installing drivers or I reformat my computer and get it working some how and I just deal with it. However this time around it's really gotten to me because I have so much stuff to do and it keeps playing up.

Examples of what I mean by there being bad interaction:

I will start playing a video and as soon as it plays through my headphones my keyboard stops working (I cannot type but there is the light on). I will then go to my audio settings and turn off my headphones and my keyboard will instantly work.

Solutions I've tried: So obviously the first thing I did was download both drivers and install them.

Previously I used to have to run the keyboard firmware update every time I started the keyboard for it to work (The update would fail every time but for some reason would get it working.

I have no idea what could be causing it, I've tried googling and looking at other similar posts on the forum but nothing has really helped and I'm probably not that technical in terms of figuring out an exact problem.

I just don't know where to go from here, if I had the money I would be tempted to just buy another keyboard and see if it helps.

thanks so much in advance for any help you can provide.
