tszchun.asn
Hello all, I just upgraded my PC to Windows 10, and installed Corsair Link in order to set settings for my h110i GT. However, even though the latest version of Corsair Link was installed, my h110igt still could not be recognised. There is an item in Device Manager called Unknown USB Device (Device Description......), and ther is no Corsair items. I have tried the solution here ( http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=153706 ), but it only solved the problem of repeating message requiring reboot in Corsair Link... Could you guys please give me some insight? Thanks a lot!
red-ray
Sometimes using Device Manager to uninstall the USB Device and powering the system down for 2 minutes solves the Device Descriptor Request Failed issue.
