Will CM3X2GSD1066 Work in my computer?

I have a Fujitsu T900 with 4 GB of memory that I wish to upgrade to 8 GB. The current memory specs are as follows:

 

DDR3-1066 MHz SDRAM dual-channel memory module. Two DIMM slots; upgradeable to max. 8 GB of memory (4 GB x 2)

 

Will the Corsair CM3X2GSD1066 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3 204-Pin SDRAM PC3-8500 SoDIMM Memory Module Kit work in this computer?

 

As you can probably tell, I'm no memory expert.
