Macros keys sometimes work?

Hi,

I have a K95 RGB and have some macros set up for League of Legends. The macros are used to open chat and send basic messages like "gg" etc.

They macros worked fine until I updated to 1.13.36. Now they sometimes work in game, other times decided not to work. When I open CUE to make some changes and click OK the software crashes every time and doesn't save the changes. It's very annoying to have the capability there but the software that drives it is so flakey and falls over constantly.

Is this a problem with the latest version (1.13.36) and will be addressed?

Is it the game disabling the macros.... some times?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Have you tried running CUE as admin? If CUE crashes everytime you make a change, something is working right.

Upload your latest log files by clicking settings > support > view logs.

If you cannot access CUE or it crashes before opening file explorer, the location is;

C:\Users\-Username-\AppData\Local\Corsair\HID\logs

I've tried running as admin, still got the same problem.

Ahhh, I got fed up with it so I uninstalled and reinstalled 1.12.75, it's all working again.

It was something to do with the latest update, only after updating did I get the problems. I plan on waiting till the next patch before updating. Thanks for your reply. If I get the problems again ill look at the logs :)
