4streets
My son is trying to build his second computer after having success with the first. He has installed the MB, the PCU, power supply, RAM and hard drive. He was checking the bios before installing the optical drive and graphics card and the bios came up fine. The problem is that it will not shut off at the front of the tower. It will kick back on after 1 second. It will shut off at the power supply. He doesn't want to continue the set up since it is not correct. Does the other parts need to be installed to make this work correctly or could there be another issue? 4streets
My son recently added a SSD card to his computer, but every time he uses it to boot up with it refreshes the background over and over. You can see the icons there, but he can't do anything-even start in safe mode. If he removes it and uses his other hard drive to start he doesn't have the issue. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for your help.
