Stuttering After A Few Hours [Corsair Scimitar RGB]

Hey there everyone, I have been having problems with my Scimitar. They just started happening yesterday and the few days before that, I had no problems. Basically, after a certain amount of time, the mouse will start to stutter, as if it was lagging. I have the Rainbow Effect on it, and this will freeze in place. While it registers that I am hovering over things like the icons on the desktop, and I can't click them as the buttons don't work. Resetting the computer or re-plugging it in seems to fix the problem. I use the default profile for it, except I edited the buttons on the side to match the NUMPAD. If anyone could help me, that would be great!

I'm experiencing the same issue too. Ever since my update of early Dec's CUE. I cant believe the support team have introduce this bug accidentally. I have spend a considerable of time trying to figure out which is the process that's interfering with my mouse.

End up it was self owning. Very disappointed with product of such price value that stop working with an update. Oh yeah my side num button seems to fail now and then too. gosh.

Anyway, dude what i did was to Ctl+Alt+Del, using keyboard shortcut to bring up Task manager, scroll down with down arrow key to the crappy "Corsair Utility Engine" and Alt+E to end process. Wait a couple of moment like 5-8secs and then relaunch CUE, everything will resume after that.

Sucks with it jutter randomly and disables mouse clicking. cost me alot by ruining my many games halfway. freaking disappointing.

You were probably just lucky then. As far as I know peoples had the same issue even with the previous CUE 1.12 version and not only the current 1.13 version.
