pullen.jared
I've just recently (yesterday) got the Corsair's VOID (Wireless). I've had it plugged into my computer, and downloaded the program needed for them. Odd thing is, I can control sound with the heaphones, but the sounds don't come from the headphones, only playing through the laptop's built in speakers. I've checked the sound thing and also viewed the VOID in "Devices and Printers", but I couldn't set it to play sounds. It wouldn't appear in the Sound menu at all, only the speakers would show up (Yes, I have "Show Disabled Devices" and "Show Disconnected Devices" turned on). Is there a way to fix this, because I have not found a way yet to fix it. Everything is plugged in, the USB for connection has a solid light, and my headphones are charged. Toasted
-Have you tried a different USB port? If possible, try the headset on another computer and see whether the headset is detected in the sound window. -Does CUE detect the headset connected? -Are there any errors listed for the device when you check Devices and Printers? If there is a warning icon will appear below it. -Have you tried reinstalling CUE?
