yuppicide Posted December 26, 2015 Share Posted December 26, 2015 I recently upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit. It solved issues with my headset not showing up at 7.1. At first I thought all my troubles were solved moving to Windows 10. I didn't notice this originally and thought everything was fine, but now I see sound disappears every so often. This only happens on YouTube so far. I'm not sure if there is a relationship to what video I am playing or how this works. I watched some clips from a talk show on TV, all played fine. I watched a clip of a band playing on state and in one part it cuts out for about 15 or 20 seconds. I just figured it was the person who uploaded the video's problem. But today I played another video, an interview with a band and sound cuts out for 5 or 10 seconds, but does it multiple times during the video. Toasted Posted December 28, 2015 Share Posted December 28, 2015 Can you double check the videos with a different speaker and confirm the audio is working fine without issue? -Have you tried a different USB port? -Do you have the VOID Wireless headset? If so, is it constantly disconnecting? You should be able to tell by looking at the dongle LED. If its flashing, the headset is disconnected. Solid = Headset connected.
