Scimitar side buttons have stopped working

I got a Scimitar RGB a few weeks ago and got it all set up and it worked great.

However as of yesterday the side buttons have stopped responding. I've looked at several threads but I haven't found a fix in any of them, so I'm hoping I can get some help by making my own thread.

 

I've got all my buttons mapped to the number keys on my keyboard and I'm using a solid color for all the LEDs.

 

I've tried making a new profile and switching to it manually, reinstalling CUE, unplugging and replugging my mouse, nothing works.

 

I'm using CUE version 1.13.36.

Right-click on the CUE tray icon and click "Stop all macros" (or something similar), it should be right above the ctrl+break option. See if that helps.

 

This is a known issue and Corsair is working on a fix for it.

Good to hear that they are working on a fix. The threads I found are from last month, so I assumed it was a different problem that they already fixed.

 

Also, clicking Stop all Macros didn't work, but thanks anyway.
