How do I change the default lighting when the software isn't running (i.e. during boot or Windows is locked)?

 

Instead of the red and white, I created a custom colour scheme for the keys. I don't need the effects to be active, just want the WASD keys to be blue for example when Windows is locked instead of Red.

Click on the main settings screen in CUE. Disable default lighting, make your profile the main one. Wallah! Or make your profile the default

Create a profile with the (static) lighting you want and then save that profile to the device memory. It will then use that profile when CUE is not yet started, the red/white you're seeing right now is the default profile saved in the memory.
