urzn
Hello, I recently got the Corsair STRAFE and tried to install the CUE program. When I open the CUE-Setup in the .rar file the program asks me if I want to allow it to make changes to my PC, so I click Install and this pops up; http://i.imgur.com/6fO1sqo.png Does anyone know how to fix this? Has anyone ever had this happen to them too? Thanks

urzn
unzip it... That's what I did when I opened the .rar file. Anyways I decided to try and download it on my laptop, it worked so I copied multiple Corsair folders onto an external hard-drive and placed them on my PC and it works now. :sigh!:

Toasted
Is this with the latest installer? You might be able to access the files by following the path as seen in OP's screenshot (If your error message is exactly the same).
EpicLawR
I can't install the CUE 2, Whenever i click the installer it says that "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file" error you possibly don't have the right acces to install the program" I'm pretty sure that i have the acces since i'm admin and stuff. Corsair Employees Corsair James Posted January 18, 2017 Corsair Employees Share Posted January 18, 2017 There are two issues here so I don't want them mixed. The original issue may be related to a Windows error with the installation service or its a corrupted download. I'd try downloading again but this error is most likely OS related. @EpicLawr, this may be a permissions issue. Right click the program and open as admin to see if that helps. Both of these issues aren't related to CUE, however.
EpicLawR
For some reason, it fixed itself. I have no idea what the problem was there since i checked everything that possibly could cause that error. Thanks for your answer anyways.
