Blackjack407
Im actually using the keyboard right now to type this, and I absolutely love it! Well, everything besides the fact I can't make profiles or install the firmware update that is on corsairs site. I installed the program and got to the screen where I can click on "update firmware". When I click on this, it reads the following error in the small white box above the button "Cannot open USB device, please plug the device into a USB port or reinstall driver!". I uninstalled the driver and then plugged the keyboard back in, let windows reinstall the drivers, and I still received the same error. I have tried clicking both options before the "update firmware" screen where you choose your profile, and nothing changes. Any help on this? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
