K70 (or 95) BLUE BACKLIGHT

Hi.

So today I've just got a K70 with blue backlight (red switch) and...it's about 10x as sexy as the red backlit version.

But...

Using it, even though I'm not looking directly at it I'm feeling a lot of eye strain and when i'm reading it looks as if the backlight is flickering on and off (it isnt when I stare at it).

So basically...has anybody else with the blue backlit have it cause eye strain/soreness with any noticeable flickering?

Thanks

Your eyes could be playing tricks on you... Anyhow I still own one of the original K70 with blue LED and red switch like yourself and have never noticed the flickering. However, I had to turn down the brightness because it did strain my eyes.

Thanks for the reply.

It's good to know other people have had eye strain with the blue backlight since it means I'm not the only one :)

I've been using it with the backlight at the lowest setting and even not looking directly at it (but it still in my vision when i'm looking at the screen) it's straining my eyes so I may have to take it back and get a red backlit :/

Even though this blue backlit keyboard is the better looking of the two and was something I'd been looking for for 2 years! :)
