blownart
Hi, I just bought a H110i Gtx, and it is not detected. It works fine, just can't get the usb detected. I have a MSI Mpower max z87 mobo, windows 10 64bit. Device manager shows - "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) A request for the USB device descriptor failed." I tried updating mobo bios, updating chipset drivers. Unplugged all other usb devices, tried different usb header. I have also attached SIV usb report. Is there anything else I can try? Thank you for any help!
red-ray
Try the same as I said in http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=826664 I expect if you look at device manager there will be a device with a yellow triangle, is so then uninstall it, power the system down for 2 minutes, reboot and see what device manager reports. Is there still a yellow triangle?
blownart
I uninstalled it, shutdown for 1 min, turned it back on, still the same result. Edit: Tried again for longer time off, no result.
red-ray
Log a call via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp and see what they say. I suspect you may need to RMA it.
