Alaxandar66
This is the Corsair K70 RGB with Cherry MX Red switches. It's the model with the old sail logo. [ame=https://youtu.be/6QhbqDe6FI4]https://youtu.be/6QhbqDe6FI4[/ame] Here's a video of the sound when I bottom out, not sure what this is, but is it possible to fix? I'm new to Mechanical keyboards, this is my first, and I never even used my arrow keys until recently. Thank you! :)

I don't think I could wait too long without this keyboard :(
Corsair Employees Corsair Henry Posted December 21, 2015 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 21, 2015 How quickly would a replacement arrive? I don't think I could wait too long without this keyboard :( We do have an express RMA that allows us to send the replacement keyboard to you first. With the express RMA, we will require your credit card information so we can put a hold on it. Once we receive the faulty unit, we will then remove the hold from your card. I hope this helps.
