sallycantdance
So I came home from work today and saw my K70's LED's were off and I checked to make sure it was plugged in which it was , but when I moved my cord it powered back on, so its really annoying and I can't move it around or else it will power off again. Its issue is at the base of the keyboard, any ideas on what to do to resolve this issue? I'm pretty bummed because I've only had this keyboard for about a year or so. Any help is greatly appreciated. Toasted
Request an RMA to replace the keyboard. Corsair provides a two year warranty from purchase date. https://corsair.secure.force.com/

I actually found my bank statement with the purchase on it but it doesn't have the exact description , do you think it would still work?

Go ahead and submit a RMA and attach a copy of the screen shot. You may cover up your account information, but we do need your name.
