H110i Not responsive to changes

Hi all,

 

Not used to posting but here goes. I have the H110i and am unable to change fan modes. Swapping between modes will some times work but most times making a change does nothing. I've tried rebooting, ensuring Win10 up to date as well as Coursair Lync. Pls help.
