Stressing about RMA timing!

ticket #6715044 I purchased a cx430m , it was missing a molex power cable and I'm unable to complete my build (it's a Christmas present for my son)


I contacted customer service and they made it sound very easy to do an RMA and that it would be shipping from California so I should get it very quickly


I got a tracking number and none of the shipping companies have it on file, I seen in the email it said it could take 24-48 hours for offshore fulfillment center to update tracking info


This has me very concerned because if the part was sent from overseas I will most likely not be receiving it until well after xmas, can anyone please help? This is turning out to be a nightmare.
