namrewolf
I am just curious if there is anyway to check the current status of the memory which I have sent back for replacement. e.g it is on its way back to me, etc. I have sent an email to RMA Dept but yet to receive any reply after 2 days. namrewolf
I am from singapore and oversea calls here are rather expensive thus I would rather communicate via email unless that is the only way to check the status of the memory module. namrewolf
Hi, I have tried calling the toll free time on both thurs and friday, multiple attempts between 10am to 3pm (ca time) but was greeted with an answering machine informing me that I have tried to contact corsair at a wrong time and suggest that I call at a later time. An email was also sent to warranty@corsairmemory.com on thurs night (ca time) and I haven't receive any reply yet.
