Status Of Return Memory Module

I have tried calling the toll free time on both thurs and friday, multiple attempts between 10am to 3pm (ca time) but was greeted with an answering machine informing me that I have tried to contact corsair at a wrong time and suggest that I call at a later time.


An email was also sent to warranty@corsairmemory.com on thurs night (ca time) and I haven't receive any reply yet.
